Intimacy coordination

Stephanie began her studies in Intimacy Coordination in 2018 and is now a member of Intimacy Coordinators Canada (ICC) and its Quebec subsidiary (ICCQ). She has worked on numerous sets in Quebec and Ontario and takes pride in contributing to the movement to create safer sets.

Stephanie’s strengths in intimacy coordination

Stephanie Breton is incredibly passionate about her work as an intimacy coordinator and excels in this role no matter the scale of the production. From independent film sets to major Canadian and American productions, she creates a safe and respectful environment without compromising the script or the production team’s vision. She builds trust with the performers to help them feel confident expressing their art in a safe and calm environment.

The Recruit

Stephanie enjoyed working with the lead actors in this Netflix series, especially the talented Noah Centineo. She was touched by the confidence shown in her by the production team.

3 Pines

Directed by: Samuel Donovan

Working with the director of The Crown inspired Stephanie, despite the shoot only involving a few intimate scenes, including one with an elderly woman in the bath with a live duck.

La femme cachée

Directed by: Bachir Bensaddek

In this Franco-Quebec co-production, Stephanie took great pleasure in supporting director Bachir Bensaddek and actor Antoine Dandurand.

Les Perles

Directed by: Hervé Baillargeon

Although she was commissioned for only one intimate scene, Stephanie ended up spending several days with the director and the show’s lead actress, Bianca Gervais.
